What You’ll Be Doing
Lead customer engagement and growth with key HVAC/R OEM accounts, driving adoption of Danfoss Drives solutions.
Act as the face of Danfoss, building trusted partnerships at all levels of the customer organization—from engineering to executive teams.
Deliver a seamless customer experience by coordinating across business units and guiding strategic sales programs that create long-term value.
Leverage your technical expertise to understand OEM challenges and translate them into tailored drive solutions that deliver results.
Own the sales process—from opportunity development to closing—using CRM tools, forecasting, and a structured value-selling approach.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience in a technical sales environment
Sales experience in variable frequency drives within the HVAC, Commercial Refrigeration, or related OEM markets
Proven ability to build and grow OEM relationships, with a strong understanding of customer structures and decision-making processes
Comfortable using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer plans
Self-driven, energetic, and goal-oriented with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Able to work effectively across teams and cultures in a matrix organization
Willing to travel up to 40% (primarily within the US, some international as needed)
