Description

The Sales Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex sales data to deliver clear, data-driven insights that support strategic initiatives and improve sales performance and overall business outcomes across the Double E Group.


Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean and analyze large sales datasets from various sources (CRM, ERP, market data).
  • Develop and maintain dynamic sales dashboards and reports using tools like Salesforce.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis on sales trends, pipeline performance, territory effectiveness, and customer behavior.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and models to assist management with planning and goal setting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring data insights are clearly understood and adopted


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Sales Analyst role.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and/or Power BI for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling, etc.).
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter and be able to work within a group as a team player.
