✅ What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing experience – at least 1 year in a hands-on production environment (essential)

• Technical skills – mechanical training or background (desirable)

• IT proficiency – confident with Microsoft Outlook & Excel

• Leadership qualities – experience coordinating or coaching small teams (desirable)

• FMCG background – high-speed production or transferable mechanical process skills (desirable)

• Team mindset – collaborative, proactive, and driven to succeed

🔧 Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead first-line maintenance and operational decisions for multiple machines

• Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns to maintain reliability

• Take ownership of production performance across several machines and processes

• Coach, coordinate, and support a small team of operators and temporary staff

• Ensure line targets are consistently achieved while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
