The CRM Executive role will look at how we drive comms activation across our CRM channels across a number of programmes within the team. They’ll work closely with the CRM Manager to deliver highly personalised customer journeys that drives improved revenues, uplift in NPS and increased customer engagement.

They will also collaborate and become the key point of contact to various internal/external stakeholders and tech partners on a day-to-day basis, to take ownership of the delivery within each of our end to end customer programmes, in order to achieve the department and business objectives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to work within a growth area of a fast-paced retail business. who can bring an excellent knowledge of CRM and understands the right balance between customer, commercial and brand levers to use to deliver against revenue and customer objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Alongside the CRM Manager, support the planning, execution & regular review of lifecycle, triggered and regulated comms ensuring data and messaging aligns to our customer audiences and brand values compliantly
  • Work with Customer Data, Analytics & Insight teams as well as Agencies, Commercial Categories & Credit teams to obtain an understanding of our customer base, gaining insights and knowledge of data fields and customer behaviours to develop targeting opportunities
  • Implementation of new CRM strategies, including delivery of considered test and learn opportunities and sharing regular analysis & performance updates with key stakeholders
  • Responsible for activation of customer journey workflows, including channels such as email, SMS, Direct Mail, or ad-hoc microsite activities
  • Support team in developing and maintaining a content plan that is aligned to customer needs states, utilising existing content and working with the internal studio and content teams to generate new content as required
  • Champion the CRM campaign delivery process, working closely with various team members to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner and to their highest possible standard
  • Continuously advocate for a customer-first mindset within the CRM team, ensuring they understand the many ways that the CRM technology and data can be used to better communicate with our customers (and co-ordinate any training the team needs to deliver this)
  • Raise purchase orders and manage reconciliation of relevant supplier accounts, matching the appropriate invoices as and when suppliers charge against account
  • Full end to end campaign development, from stakeholder management and brief collation, to build email creative and creating audience lists and chosen targeting for communications
  • Oversee regular programme reporting and analysis to drive continuous optimisation of sales across our group of brands, and present to wider stakeholders on regular basis with clear analytic and considerations for future opportunities

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in data marketing/CRM, including email marketing (ideally client and agency side) across customer retention, re-engagement and acquisition – with a sizeable customer database
  • Experience working in fast paced environment is required
  • Retail experience is preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail, knowing successful candidate will be reviewing and proofing multiple regulated communications on a daily basis
  • Numerate and analytical with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights
  • Ability to communicate with senior level representatives inside and outside of an organisation
  • Pro-active and a ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Strong organisational skills, can work to deadlines and under pressure without compromising on quality
  • Ability to work on multiple workstreams in parallel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
