What You Will Do
Supervises a team of Visit Operations Associates, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Ensures appropriate staffing and coverage to meet daily operational needs.
Leads team meetings and fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate and track monthly Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Medical Assistant (MA) availability.
Oversees daily scheduling workflows, outreach activities, and provider routing to ensure timely and efficient visit coordination.
Monitors productivity reports, analyzes trends, and implements corrective actions to address performance or operational issues.
Develops and implements procedures to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborates in setting productivity standards and participates in quality assurance programs for business operations.
Provides feedback and ensures assigned staff meet established productivity benchmarks.
Serves as the primary escalation point for operational issues, resolving barriers and communicating with AVP and clinical leadership.
Collaborates with clinical teams to align visit logistics with provider availability, geographic coverage, and patient needs.
Participates in strategic planning and special projects to support MCAH program growth and innovation.
Prepares and analyzes operational reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Ensures compliance with documentation standards, EMR protocols, and patient confidentiality requirements.
Performs all duties inherent in a supervisory role. Ensures effective staff training, interviews candidates for employment, evaluates staff performance and recommends hirings, promotions, salary actions, and terminations, as appropriate.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical office operations, or scheduling required
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred
- Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Experience in home-based care or mobile health services preferred
