Description

The Sales Activator (SA) serves as the lead for the Region's Large Format segment and specific VIP target accounts. The SA is responsible for negotiating and executing local customer merchandising agreements, optimizing shelving space, and leveraging market data to drive sales growth. This role involves conducting field sales calls for 40–60 accounts weekly, ensuring effective Point of Sale (POS) displays, and evaluating ROI for promotional activities. Additionally, the SA is tasked with reporting regularly on performance metrics and conducting specialized sales and category training for the sales team.


Duties/Responsibilities:

· Drive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.

· Drive in store presence in line with Red Bull Perfect Store Standards.

· Increase permanent product disruption points at ambient and cold locations in store above competition.

· Maintain and increase product range in all stores.

· Drive execution of agreed and over and above national and local promotion opportunities.

· Report non-compliance in a timely manner.

· Pre-sell to accounts all promotional activity. 30-60-90 day outlook on activity.

· Responsible to drive effective communication amongst Voss distribution team. Ensuring best in class account service.

· Lead all market activations to in-store activations for all accounts.

· Coverage of defined territory. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.

· Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner.

· Proficiency in retailer ways of working (terminology) increasing opportunities to expand in-store presence.

· Retail satisfaction responses should highlight sales effectiveness to include category education, current state of business for account, quality of sales call.

Performs other related duties as assigned.


Requirements

Required Abilities:

  • Ability to develop long-term relationships with customers.

  • Able to remain professional and courteous at all times.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to hold salespeople accountable for their performance.

Position Requirements:

· Proven sales or customer service track record

· College degree preferred

· Knowledge of beverage market preferred

· Driver’s License – Class C

· Clean driving record/pass drug test, lift test


Qualified candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, physical aptitude test, a criminal background check and driving background check.
