Job Summary
• This role is responsible for managing the development, implementation, and optimization of Intelligent automation solutions. The role ensures successful integration of Technology solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration. The role applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex Automation projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies. The role develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provide mentoring and guidance to developers in the team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing and documenting the overall architecture of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
• Lead the innovation core team, whose focus is to identify complex business problems and bring about solutions.
• Assess various technologies and platforms to determine the most suitable options for the solution, considering factors such as cost, performance, and compatibility.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, helping them implement the solution effectively and troubleshoot any issues.
• Creates & collate documentation such as Architecture Review Report, Process design document working along with stakeholders and hand them to the Development teams.
• Ensure that the technology solution meets the necessary performance, scalability, and
• security standards, addressing any potential Cybersecurity risks or vulnerabilities.
• Identify potential risks and issues related to the solution and taking appropriate steps to mitigate them, ensuring the project's success.
• Actively seek opportunities for improvement and contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the technology solution, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams, such as developers, project managers, and business analysts, ensuring a cohesive approach to the project.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in computer programming languages, agile development methodology, or a related field.
