As part of the facilities team at EML, you will provide services in relation to our office facilities to ensure that the needs of our offices are met.
Your role will also involve working closely with the Building Services Team Leader to assist in management of the day-to-day work activity and training and development of a team of Building Services staff.
This will be a full time, 12 month contract position based in the Adelaide office. Please note this position requires full-time office attendance, five days per week, due to the nature of the role.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support with facilities requests and ensure they are actioned appropriately and within service timeframes.
Travel to various EML office locations to provide support as required (occasional interstate travel may be required).
Liaise with Building Management, contractors and vendors to resolve facilities issue and maintain office standards
Oversee office systems such as mail distribution, security pass control and stationery
Manage key stakeholder relationships, expectations, and allocation of resources to ensure the delivery of effective outcomes.
Be efficient in the use of the reception phone system and provide relief as required.
ABOUT YOU
2 + years hands on experience in an office supervisor or facilities role is mandatory.
Experience in project management and co-ordination of small works, repairs and maintenance is desirable
Experience in supervising small teams working to deadlines and ability to integrate into a service environment.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products including an understanding of AI and automation
Fantastic communication & relationship management skills.
Excellent organisational ability including the use of effective time management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrating excellent priority management.
