About the role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead our firm’s marketing program. This role is ideal for an experienced marketing leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, leveraging both digital and relationship-driven approaches to accelerate growth and deepen client engagement.

What you'll do

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and conversion across multiple channels.
  • Business Alignment: Oversee marketing objectives and programs that directly support the firm’s broader business and revenue goals.
  • Executive Partnership: Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to define and deliver initiatives that enhance client acquisition, retention, and firm growth.
  • Marketing Technology: Lead the development, optimization, and adoption of CRM and marketing automation systems to enable effective segmentation, tracking, and analytics.
  • Data-Driven Infrastructure: Establish dashboards and KPIs that monitor marketing performance, lead flow, conversion rates, and advisor activity in real time.
  • Advisor Enablement: Create and refine sales and marketing tools, playbooks, and lifecycle materials that empower advisors to engage clients and drive new business.
  • Coaching & Collaboration: Partner with client-facing teams to deliver ongoing coaching and strategy sessions focused on maximizing marketing insights and tools.
  • Team Leadership: Provide strategic oversight for brand, communications, and events teams—ensuring alignment, collaboration, and excellence in execution.
  • Brand & Messaging: Safeguard brand consistency and storytelling across digital, print, and experiential channels, maintaining a cohesive and compelling narrative.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, balancing long-term strategy with near-term opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and enhance marketing processes and cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalability and sustained performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, ideally in financial or professional services.
  • Proven record driving lead generation, pipeline growth, and client acquisition through data-driven strategies.
  • Expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with strong tech integration skills.
  • Skilled in executing measurable, multi-channel campaigns that support advisor and firm growth.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Exceptional leader and team builder with a collaborative, results-oriented approach.
  • Strong business acumen and familiarity with financial services dynamics and regulatory considerations.
