Job Title: Managing Director- Enterprise Relationship Management

About the Position
As Managing Director of Enterprise Relationship Management at DPL, the role involves building holistic strategic partnerships and coordinating DPL's reach within large RIA firms, Broker-Dealers transitioning to fee-based models, and other enterprise wealth management organizations. The full sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract execution, will be driven by positioning DPL's comprehensive suite of technology solutions to help these firms integrate and adopt fee-based annuity and insurance solutions at scale.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target and acquire new enterprise clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within enterprise wealth firms.
- Lead a consultative sales process, deeply understanding client needs and demonstrating how DPL's solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Manage complex sales cycles, including navigating procurement, legal, and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Service, Implementation) to ensure seamless client onboarding and a consistent customer experience.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing client relationships by introducing new products and solutions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, manage pipeline health, and report on key metrics and performance indicators.
- Represent DPL at industry events and conferences, establishing oneself as a thought leader and advocate for our mission.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in enterprise wealth management and financial technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of successful experience in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably within the financial services or wealth management industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of enterprise wealth management firms, including RIAs and Broker-Dealers.
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPIC), the use of analytics and strategic account planning.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, industry events, and internal team engagements.
