Oakridge landscape is currently seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of the Administrative Assistant to support the Corona office, supporting our Riverside Construction Division. As the first point of contact for Riverside division, we are seeking a candidate who thrives in a field-based, deadline-driven environment, and brings strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and industry knowledge to the table. 

Requirements

  

Responsibilities:

· Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner

· Responsible for managing various office tasks

· Answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirect calls as necessary

· Ordering office supplies and keeping track of the supply inventory

· Creating preliminary notices for all new construction projects

· Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

· Meeting with clients to learn about their landscaping preferences, their willingness to perform regular upkeep and their need for shade

· Maintaining records of services provided and hours worked

· Billing and collections

· Processing purchase orders

· Vendor management and Customer relationship management

· Respond to inquiries and distribute information to field employees and supervisors

· Responsible for setting up meetings and attending events to reach out new business

· Any other duties as assigned

Requirements and skills:

· Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel), strong skill set level

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize task effectively

· Knowledge of QuickBooks helpful

· Microsoft Outlook

· Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively with team members

· Spanish speaking preferred

· This is an onsite position to meet the requirements of the role

· Other tasks as assigned
