About this Role:

We are seeking a Programme Manager responsible for managing interconnected IT Infrastructure projects related to Cyber Security across an international matrix environment. This role involves operational management of project managers, capacity allocation, training, and knowledge transfer.

What you will do

  • Plan, organise, and lead all activities required for the full implementation of Programme goals and objectives.
  • Create a detailed work plan identifying and sequencing activities needed to successfully complete the Programme.
  • Develop a schedule and identify dependencies between interconnected projects to effectively allocate resources.
  • Monitor programmes and associated projects’ progress and address adjustments needed for successful completion.
  • Ensure adherence to the project management governance process and demonstrate best practices in all aspects of project management.
  • Provide accurate progress reporting and issue/risk management with timely and effective escalation.
  • Engage and manage numerous external third parties alongside internal matrix teams.

Who you are:

  • You have an exceptional track record of on-time, on-budget, and to-specification delivery of projects.
  • You possess extensive experience in managing multiple and complex projects across the full lifecycle of product development.
  • You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • You are adept at managing people, capacity, and conflict.
  • You have experience in transformations and a focus on continual service improvement.
