Examinetics is hiring a Procurement Coordinator to join our expanding team! This is a full time role based in office at our Griffith, IN location. 

As the Procurement Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing relationships with partnered clinics and vendors. This includes overseeing pricing contracts, auditing service offerings, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards and goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain the existing vendor network through regular audits to verify capabilities and compliance
  • Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and maintain cost efficiency
  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators) 
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Address and resolve performance or contractual issues proactively
  • Stay updated with industry pricing trends, regulations, and best practices 

 

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent completed
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of related work experience 
  • Experience with customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with sorting and filtering data in Excel
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively alone and with a team and external partners
  • Strong critical thinking skills and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be flexible and able to function in an environment with change
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
