 Primary Responsibilities:

• Release and document customer project data such as mechanical design approvals, buyoff information, installation drawings, maintenance manuals, scope of work, spare parts documents, and manual submissions for GM, Stellantis and other Customers.
• Understand the customer’s deliverable to prepare documentation before the due date.
• Work with customers to understand the requirements for the deliverables on the above.
• Work with vendors to obtain information needed to complete customers deliverable templates.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders and get all the deliverables on time for delivery.
• Upload data into Teamcenter software. 
• Work on Release process, Understand Engineering BOM, cross verifying the drawings, Deliverables from Engineering.
  
   

Requirements

• Experience with NX GM software strongly preferred. 
• Experience with Teamcenter strongly preferred.
• One to three years related experience preferred in automotive tooling      manufacturing (GM experience preferred).
• Knowledge of NX software and the ability to generate missing PDF or STEP files when required.
• Ability to read and check design revisions that are released to manufacturing floor.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Teams Meetings.
