Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Office Administrator is the first person many people interact with when engaging with Royal, be it in person or on the phone. This person is responsible for projecting a positive and professional image to those he or she interacts with. This role is comprised of both office administration duties as well as administrative assistant duties for the HR department. The position will have core duties as well as duties that vary based on workload and needs of the HR department. · Greet and directing visitors while maintaining visitor protocols in accordance with ROS623 · Answer incoming calls and directing phone traffic · Manage office supplies and order as needed · Run downtown errands · Maintain appearance and cleanliness of front office and common areas, such as conference rooms and the breakroom · Book hotel rooms and travel as well as off-site meetings and events · Coordinate and pick-up meals for visitors · Schedule financial meetings, POWER Player meetings, and other company events · Serve as a member and support the ESOP Celebration Committee through event planning, coordination and photo taking · Review, process, and approve timesheets in accordance with company policies every payroll · Update and keep current the internal employee message boards · Aide in the creation of a positive new hire experience through the coordination of onboarding schedules, new hire materials and desk set up. · Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain internal mailboxes · Run errands downtown as needed. · Scan, copy, fold, mail, file and/or distribute paperwork for the HR department. · Provide offload of administrative duties from other office members as requested. · Ability to maintain regular, punctual, and reliable attendance as set by the supervisor according to handbook guidelines consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. · Abide by all safety, quality, personnel, and other policies as applicable.

Work Qualifications: · Formal education: High School Diploma · Experience: 1-3 years in an office setting. · Computer Skills: Must be able to proficiently use common office software systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and able to navigate PDFs. · Certificates and Licenses: None required.
