Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Paid Digital Marketing for EMEA (M/F), to join our Team.
As the Senior Manager of Paid Digital Marketing for EMEA, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation and pipeline growth.
You will collaborate with product marketing and operating unit field marketers and sales leaders to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
As an integral part of the Global Marketing Center of Excellence (COE), spearheading innovative paid media strategies that drive demand generation and maximize sales revenue for Otis' diverse range of products and services across EMEA. Your expertise will span all paid media channels, including search, social, video, and programmatic/ display, ensuring a cohesive and cutting-edge approach. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Digital Marketing, this position offers the flexibility of remote work, with the requirement of being based in Europe.
In this strategic role, you will leverage advanced data analytics to optimize campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights that inform decision-making. Your ability to integrate marketing efforts across channels will create a seamless brand experience, resonating with target audiences and fostering engagement while filling the sales funnel for the EMEA Operating Unit.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will mentor and lead junior marketers, fostering a culture of creativity and adaptability within a fast-paced environment. Your adeptness at managing budgets will ensure the highest ROI. Concurrently, you will maintain strict compliance with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR, as required in EMEA.

Essential Responsibilities:
Paid Search
• Manage, review, and perform daily account activities associated with Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms. Where applicable, maintain relationship/oversight of agency managed accounts.
• Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
• Manage the creation of keyword lists and creative copy, in conjunction with regions for translations where applicable.
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for campaign structuring, ad groups, extensions, targeting, and other facets of paid search in accordance with campaign goals.
• Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and development, including changing privacy requirements and new vendors/innovations.
Paid Social/Display, etc.
• Own the end-to-end management and deliverables of specified paid social, video, display and programmatic platforms (Meta, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube etc) from implementation to optimization, ensuring its delivery to time, budget & quality standards. Where applicable, maintain relationship/oversight of agency managed accounts.
• Ensure proper campaign target audiences, test & learn strategies. Advise on creative best practices.
• Partner with WHQ Communications team to ensure organic campaign alignment.
Other General Responsibilities:
• Build forecasts & media plans for global plans including budget, proposals, wins and ROI across all media channels as requested by COE member recommendations based on business objectives
• Validate invoicing, report on financial accruals, and provide regional chargebacks on a monthly basis.
• Partner with DM Ops to tag landing pages appropriately for analytics, utilize UTM codes as necessary, and be mindful of SEO on-page strategies.
What you will need to be successful:
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience in a similar environment or in an agency role
Significant hands-on experience managing & expert level proficiency in paid advertising campaigns, focused on lead/demand generation
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. & any certifications preferred
Analytic reasoning and superior data analysis - ability to aggregate data and systematically apply the data to resolve business problems
Proven track record of engaging with cross functional stakeholders
Prior experience managing people preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of B2B business and industrials/construction industry and/or specific knowledge of elevator and escalator industry preferred; B2B experience at a minimum
Knowledge of SEO/GEO principles and their integration with paid marketing efforts
Knowlegde of email marketing, lead generation, and other digital marketing methods that complement the overall marketing plan strategy
Excellent project management skills – managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines, strong organization skills and attention to detail
Problem-solving skills – ability to think critically and creatively for technical issue resolutions.
