Financial Solutions Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Financial Solutions Manager who will also act as the Liaison with Financial institutions and lessors. This role is instrumental in supporting our sales team with funding deals and ensuring optimal financial solutions for both the company and our customers. The Financial Solutions Manager will work closely with third-party finance vendors to ensure effective collaboration and execution of financial solutions, both at strategic level developing programs adapted to HP Industrial product portfolio adapting to the different market requirements across EMEA region, and tactical level; actively engaging in the sales process to offer funding alternatives to enhance our HP offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Relations: Work closely with third-party finance vendors to ensure effective collaboration and execution of financial solutions.
Sales support related to Deal Funding and funnel acceleration:
- Collaborate with the sales team to secure funding for deals and ensure mutually beneficial terms for the company and customers.
- Actively support the Sales team with solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support sales funnel calls, offering financial expertise and guidance. Analyze and provide support to deals in the pipeline where needed.
Enhance Deal Attractiveness: Actively engage in the sales process by providing financing alternatives that make HP offerings more appealing to potential customers.
Promotional strategy: Develop and implement promotional strategies that enable the company to compete more effectively in the market.
Process improvement: Streamline processes to ensure quick TAT for funding approvals working closely with sales, operations and financial vendors
Represent at QBRs and other internal reviews: Represent the company in HPE Financial Services Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to communicate financial performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in English at professional level
- Proven experience in Banking, Financial Management and Business Analysis.
- Experience in financing structures for capital assets.
- Strong understanding of financing options and the ability to create attractive financial solutions.
