As Account Manager in our Aesthetics division, you will, improve product usage, increase sales and take
market share by fostering and developing relationships with customers, suppliers, and other partners.
You will also proactively win new business and grow existing accounts through careful strategic business
planning and positioning of products while enhancing the operation of the business and commercial
success of our partners.


Responsibilities
Manage current aesthetic customer base whilst proactively identifying new business opportunities growth trends, customers, products, and services.
Develop and implement business plans.
Reporting Actual vs. Planned (Bus. Plan) in support of commercial team by managing, monitoring and making recommendations.
Achieve or exceed sales and KPI’s for territory including call targets.
Seek out and build relationships with appropriate contacts in an organisation / business. This includes clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across the aesthetic market.
Meet with customers, face to face, phone, email, screen share.
Understand the needs of your aesthetic customers to enhance all business opportunities.
Think strategically seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and SMART objectives (business plans for key customers) in order in order to develop and improve the business.
Have a good understanding of the businesses' aesthetic portfolio, products and services and be able
to advise others about them.

Maximise contact points within total territory.
Understand the business strategy around products, promotions to ensure maximise all sales
opportunities.

Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the market.
Accurate and timely completion of CRM or other reporting tools or information requests.
Present key learnings/best practices and company meetings.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Represent the company at congresses and events as an ambassador of the company for both internal and external customers

• Some tasks may involve working outside normal business hours potentially including evenings and weekends.

• Other tasks as required to develop the business as directed by line manager. Requirements Education/Training:

• University Degree is preferable or suitable relevant commercial experience. • ABPI qualified or commitment to pass within 2 years of joining. Work Experience:

• Previous experience of managing accounts / territory within a similar organization.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of growing business within large accounts.

• A full driving license is essential for the position.

• Proven track record of working to KPI's and achieving targets.

• Track record of winning new accounts and developing existing accounts.

• Ability to cultivate, maintain and build professional relationships with KOLs and clinic owners.

• Appreciation of the diverse roles within a private clinic and role each plays in the decision making process.

• Ability to plan and execute hands on training events compliantly and to a high quality.

• Growth mindset.

• Goal and results orientated.

• Strong business acumen.

• Experience of working within the Aesthetic sector is preferred but no essential. Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position:

• Efficient administration and highly organized.

• Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen.

• Business planning in line with company strategy.

• Understanding and application of sales levers to specific customer and market dynamics.
