We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant with strong ServiceNow implementation and delivery expertise to lead client engagements across a variety of industries. In this consulting-focused role, you will oversee ServiceNow projects, drive solution delivery, and ensure high-quality outcomes that meet client business objectives. You will partner closely with clients, technical teams, and leadership to deliver transformative IT Service Management (ITSM) and workflow solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, from discovery and design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery, ensuring exceptional communication and satisfaction.
Translate client business needs into actionable project plans and technical solutions in collaboration with ServiceNow developers, architects, and business analysts.
Oversee project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and change requests while maintaining delivery excellence.
Facilitate agile ceremonies or waterfall checkpoints based on client methodology and engagement type.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including charters, roadmaps, RAID logs, and status reports.
Identify risks, dependencies, and issues early and drive mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance standards.
Partner with internal account teams to support proposal development, project estimation, and new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on ServiceNow implementations in a client-facing consulting environment.
Proven success managing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to tailor delivery to client needs.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, including experience interfacing with C-level executives.
Proficient with project management and collaboration tools such as ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM Implementation Specialist, or similar) highly preferred.
PMP, CSM, or Agile certification a strong plus.
