Power Apps Developer - 12-Month FTC, Potential to Go Permanent With Our Client

Location: Manchester (Hybrid, 2 days/week)

About the Opportunity
Nology is proud to be partnering with a global technology consultancy, recognised for its innovation and excellence in delivering digital solutions to clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Develop applications using Power Platform tools including:
      • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
      • Power Pages
    • Collaborate with testers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Participate in solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
    • Ensure applications are secure, performant, and accessible.
    • Support and enhance existing Power Platform solutions.
    • Stay up to date with platform capabilities and best practices.

Tech Stack & Tools:

  • Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Pages
  • Automation & Integration: Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 connectors
  • Development Tools: Azure DevOps, Git (desirable)
  • Collaboration: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint

Experience with these technologies is essential, but we’re also open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow. If you’re strong in some areas and keen to develop in others, we’d still love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–4 years’ experience in Power Platform development or similar low-code/no-code environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Pages, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.
  • Understanding of data integration and connectors within Power Platform.
  • Experience working in agile or collaborative environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with custom connectors and APIs (Desirable)
  • Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform (Desirable)
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design (Desirable)
