In this role, you’ll partner with teams across EA to understand how they work, support the rollout of new tools and systems, and help ensure every project stays on track and delivers meaningful impact.If you’re a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys helping teams work smarter and more efficiently, this is a great opportunity to grow your project management career at EA.What You’ll DoSupport project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple initiatives.Partner with teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.Track progress, risks, and issues to keep projects on schedule.Coordinate meetings, document updates, and manage project communications.Collaborate across disciplines to help teams adopt new tools and ways of working.QualificationsExperience supporting projects, process improvements, or tool implementations in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships across teams.Familiarity with collaborative work management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Coda, Jira.Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.A proactive, adaptable, and curious mindset with a desire to learn.High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.Why Join UsYou’ll be part of a team that shapes how EA teams collaborate and deliver amazing experiences to players around the world.
