The Sanitation aids the smooth flow of the products, maintains the sanitary condition of the production area, and ensures the safety and quality of the products that the line produces.
The essential duties include:
- Ensuring the Quality of the Products
- Inspect if the quality of the products on the line are at the standard level.
- Inspect if the codes are correct as posted.
- Inspect if the design of the packaging materials is correct, as posted.
- Report any deviations from the posted standards to the supervisors.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
- Aiding of the product flow
- Remove the defective products or miss-aligned products and replace them with the standard products.
- Remove the overflow products from the line of the flow and place them back to the line of the flow.
- Aid and ensure the products are properly fed into the next stage of the product flow.
- Maintaining sanitary condition of the production area
- Close all doors.
- Use the designated utensils to transfer or to store any raw materials.
- Regularly use the designated cleaning utensils to maintain floor and work area free of any debris or overflow products.
- Accumulate the overflow products into the designated containers.
- Dispose the defects to the designated containers.
Candidate must be able to work as a team member on the line and willing to work overtime, when needed. Good attendance and punctuality are very important.
