To be successful in this position, the Peer Recovery Specialist must have lived experience with substance use and be in active recovery (two or more years). Position Details
Provide high-quality services that support recovery and wellness for women experiencing substance use concerns. Services are client-centered, delivered in home and community settings, and include case management, emotional support, and the sharing of lived experience and knowledge of substance use and mental health recovery. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships grounded in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based practices.

Position Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to address the recovery needs of individuals
- Over 2 years in active recovery
- Proven ability to share personal recovery experiences in a way that supports and empowers others
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record
- Preferred: State Peer Certification (not required)
