About the Role:
Support the Events Department in planning and executing internal and external events, ensuring smooth logistics and excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Events Department calendar and internal help desk requests
- Distribute daily event sheets and prepare weekly reports
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with departmental materials like sales kits and SOPs
- Track and reconcile expenses with leadership
- Support planning and logistics for rental, institutional, and internal events
- Coordinate RSVPs, guest lists, and attendee communications
- Prepare materials like name badges, seating charts, and signage
- Facilitate onsite registration and guest services
- Attend weekly operations and catering meetings
- Provide additional logistical and administrative assistance as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in event planning or catering
- Experience overseeing catering or special event staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset
