Your Tasks
Wellbeing is part of Beiersdorf AG's Health Management and supports various companies at the Hamburg site. In this role, you will be part of a team and implement health-promoting offers for employees.
- Participation in the conception and coordination of measures as part of the Wellbeing offering at the Hamburg headquarters
- Independent implementation of wellbeing offerings such as ergonomics consultations, InBody measurements, active breaks or meditations
- Tracking and reporting on wellbeing offers
- Preparing presentations for Workshops
Your Profile
- Enrolled Student in a bachelor's or master's degree program in health sciences, sports sciences, business psychology, or a comparable degree program with a focus on health/prevention
- You have already gained some initial experience as a trainer or in occupational health management
- Hands-on mentality, enjoy customer service, and like working with people
- You are creative and enjoy speaking in front of the camera and in front of people
- Very good German skills and practical English skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
