POSITION SUMMARY:

Accurately label, load, and verify all products moving in and out of NPAA’s Supply/Logistics to ensure they match the corresponding documentation. Maintain accuracy, organization, and proper identification of all products received, shipped, and inventoried.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare bills of lading, customs forms, invoices, and other shipping/receiving/freight documentation

  • Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks, assisting with physical loading/unloading when necessary

  • Verify and inspect the quality and quantity of items against supporting documentation

  • Organize the distribution and shipment of merchandise

  • Identify, hold, and segregate defective materials in accordance with the RGA process

  • Perform part checks and instruct operators to move materials to the proper staging area

  • Assist in evaluating and resolving inventory discrepancies in coordination with the Inventory Coordinator

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Strong SAP skills.

  • DOT and IATA certified.

  • Minimum of 2 years of shipping/receiving or related experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be able to operate a forklift and obtain certification.

Additional Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information effectively and maintain confidentiality.

  • Skilled in building respectful, collaborative relationships and promoting a positive work environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.); prior manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Flexible to work off-shift hours as needed.
