Clinical Director - Loop bei Clarity Clinic

We're currently seeking a Clinical Director who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence. As a Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in transforming lives through exceptional patient care, and inspirational Clinical Leadership to our team of clinicians.   

This position requires consistent evening coverage on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois. (LCPC, LCSW, PsyD)
• Competency in administering cognitive assessments, executive functioning assessments, and personality assessments. 
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
• Passion for patient-centered care 

In this role, you will:    

• Oversee the clinical operations and staffing for our Loop location.
• Manage a small caseload, providing evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, Unified Protocol) to clients attending individual therapy while demonstrating excellent management, retention, and termination of clients on caseload, while providing leadership oversight to Clinical Supervisors, Therapist IIs and clinical staff for assigned clinics. 
• Training: A minimum of one monthly individual supervision for each fully licensed staff (including clinical supervisors). 
• Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly organizational training. 
• Group Supervision: Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly group supervision
