About the position:
Verstela is hiring a Regional Sales Representative to drive growth in our Chicagoland markets. This role requires consultative selling skills, the ability to open new doors, and the follow-through to turn prospects into long-term clients. It is a fast-moving role where hustle and strategy go hand in hand.
You will:
- Build and execute a territory sales plan our Chicagoland markets
 - Prospect actively while building lasting client relationships
 - Prospect actively and establish strong relationships with new client locations
 - Partner closely with operations teams to ensure a strong client experience
 - Meet and exceed sales targets to grow new business in the market
 
You have:
- Proven B2B sales experience in consultative or service-based industries
 - Strong track record in prospecting, closing, and establishing new accounts
 - Competitive, resilient, and motivated by results
 - Skilled communicator with the ability to balance urgency and professionalism
 
Location: Chicago South (Onsite, Bolingbrook, Aurora or Berwyn)
Pay:
- Base salary: $65,000 to $75,000
 - First year on-target earnings: $95,000 to $105,000, with significant upside in following years
