This position is laser-focused on pre-litigation, with primary responsibility for driving cases from intake through settlement. While there may be limited opportunities to support litigation efforts, the emphasis—and the compensation structure—is tied to pre-litigation performance. Your ability to strategically manage and resolve claims before they reach the courtroom is what will define your success here.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume docket of pre-litigation personal injury matters
- Conduct client intakes and build strong attorney-client relationships
- Evaluate liability and damages, and develop winning case strategies
- Guide clients through medical treatment and case progression
- Review and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
- Draft compelling settlement demands and negotiate assertively with adjusters
- Maintain frequent communication with clients, providers, and opposing counsel
- Partner with litigation team when cases need to transition to suit
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas
- At least 2 years of plaintiff-side auto accident PI experience at a large Texas firm required
- Deep knowledge of Texas tort law, treatment protocols, and insurance defense tactics
- Proven success in case negotiations and settlements
- Confident, organized, and capable of managing a demanding docket independently
- Proficient with legal case management tools and Microsoft Office
