Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. This position manages existing customer accounts, oversees day-to-day communications, and ensures successful project delivery — from order entry to shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
   
• Manage reorders and coordinate with production and shipping teams.
   
• Track order status, update customers, and resolve issues promptly.
   
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
   
• Maintain accurate data in Label Traxx and ensure timely documentation.
   

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or account management experience in label printing manufacturing.
   
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
   
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
   
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
