ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS |
· Manage all JSS Contract Work Orders · Manage all JSS Contract Machine Warranty considerations. · Manage and execute all JSS Contract Machine PM activities to include opening work orders, ordering parts, building the PM schedule and submitting to Techs and the Customer · Track and Document Downtime for JSS Contract Machines for Availability · Manage Backlogs in CAT Foresight program for JSS Contract machines · Manage CAT Service Letters pertaining to JSS Contract machines · Help facilitate JSS Contract Techs on scheduling planned and unplanned downtime · Work with JSS Contract Fleet Managers with Downtime, PM Completion, Availability. · Work with WMC Contacts Group with maintaining accurate work orders per the Contract language. · Obtain and submit JSS Machine meter hours for JSS Monthly billing. · Participate in CAT JSS Meetings on daily/weekly/monthly, and quarterly basis.

· Assist Site Performance Manager with various projects and tasks · Communicate effectively with internal and external customers · Assist with scheduling machine inspections per CAT recommendations · Travel to site as needed · Other duties as assigned |
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITY |
· High school diploma or equivalent required · Must be able to read, write, and understand English · Valid drivers’ license required · Proven track record of successfully working with mining customers, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care · Ability to communicate professionally in both oral and written formats · Identify and describe the importance of shop and personal safety equipment · Basic computer skills · Recognize and identify basic mechanical components
PREFERRED · Caterpillar factory and dealer service training preferred · Knowledge of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as a primary consideration in all business decisions · Knowledge of major products and services, as well as product and service groups · Ability to collaborate effectively with dealers and customers, fostering strong, productive relationships |
PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS |
· Indoor and outdoor environments, moderate to loud noise levels · Exposure to all outdoor weather conditions · Standing for moderate periods on concrete or other hard surfaces, walking over rough and uneven terrain · Sitting and working at a desk using a computer for long periods; occasional sitting and driving for long periods · Occasional bending, kneeling, squatting, and climbing · Occasional use of ladders and steps for accessing equipment · Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance · Exposure to dangerous environments, including mine sites and construction sites required · Exposed to extreme temperatures, dirt, grease, dust, noise and other elements within the work environment · Some Travel Required including overnight stays required |
