Successful candidates possess the passion, energy, knowledge of sport and desire to continue the tradition of our successful athletic programs.  They must have the leadership and organizational skills to manage a team of driven and high-performing student-athletes and the communication skills to relate to the current generation of student-athletes, our athletics administration and families.
