Job Description

  

 Job Summary:

Support Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability and Supplier Engineering activities as a member of the Miniature Camera Core Operations Team

Detailed Description:

  • Work with Manufacturing and Product Quality Engineering staff supporting activities including but not limited to:
    • Material quality issues – Verification and reporting on non-conforming material
    • Process and measurement system troubleshooting, data collection and reporting
    • Customer quality issues – Verification of returned product, failure analysis and reporting
    • Environmental qualification, reliability testing, data collection/analysis and reporting

  • Manufacturing Execution System (Camstar, SAP)


Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of Quality or Manufacturing Technician experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint  computer applications - required
  • Technical report writing and presentations – required
  • Experience with infrared camera manufacturing – desired
  • Clean room & ESD protocols – desired
  • Environmental & Reliability test experience (Environmental chambers, shaker systems, etc.) – desired
  • Microscope inspection experience – desired
  • Basic electrical diagnostic tool experience (DMMs etc.) – desired
  • Basic mechanical inspection hand tool experience (Veneer calipers, micrometers, etc.) – desired
  • High school graduate, with the intent to continue education at least with to Community College
  • Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.

  

Salary Range:

$50,500.00-$67,300.000
