Open to Whitney Young High School who have experience in the Whitney Young theater crew. Students will work with Mr. Winkler to offer audio and lighting for all theater events.

 

Job Summary: Students should see Mr. Winkler, theater director, for more information about theater crew responsibilities.  This student employee position will be compensated for time worked on an hourly basis. The work schedule for this role will consist of various hours for shows and other theater events as provided by Mr. Winkler.
The Student Worker Job Title will complete duties such as the following:

Theater LightingTheater AudioOther tasks assigned by Mr. Winkler.

The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are preferred:

Students must have experience with the Whitney Young theater crew.

Students must be 16+ years old. 

Only open to students at Whitney Young High School.

 

In order to qualify for this student worker position, candidates must be actively enrolled as a CPS student attending their sophomore, junior, or senior year of high school during the 2024-2025 school year, and must be an active participant in the Whitney Young High School Theater Department.

A valid work permit will be required for students under the age of 16.
