As our Reporting Manager, you will be the core leader overseeing the design, maintenance, and strategic evolution of all corporate reporting and analysis. You won't just manage; you'll architect, innovate, and materially participate in the migration to modern data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Charge in Microsoft Fabric: Oversee and drive the migration from our existing data warehouse, setting the foundation for modern analytics using the Microsoft Fabric stack and its capabilities like OneLake.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Directly supervise and manage a team of Data Analysts, providing expert technical assistance and ensuring deliverables are met with accuracy and visual excellence.

• Architect & Innovate: Design, architect, and materially develop high-performance reporting solutions in Power BI and other platforms, focusing on shared data sets and efficiency.

• Be the Business Liaison: Handle escalations and serve as the primary liaison to the business, ensuring we anticipate future needs and rapidly fulfill urgent requests.

• Data Integrity & Security: Establish and enforce report security and work collaboratively with the Data Warehouse team to streamline data marts and ensure continuous improvement in data reliability and quality.

• Strategic Growth: Partner with Product and App Development teams to break down upcoming features, oversee data science experiments, and establish backend SLOs for future growth.

Qualificaitons:

You have a proven track record of 8+ years in data analytics/reporting and 4+ years managing high-performing teams.

• Reporting Leadership: 4+ years managing reporting & analytics teams, driving successful data outcomes.

• Power BI Mastery: 4+ years expert experience with Power BI, Reporting Services, or other enterprise reporting platforms.

• SQL & Data Warehouse Fluency: Proficient in advanced SQL techniques (window functions, CTEs) and relational database concepts, with a proven ability to optimize complex queries and troubleshoot performance issues.

• Business Partnership: 8+ years of experience working directly with business partners to invent and deliver outstanding data solutions.

• Data Structure: Comfortable working with various data sources and formats, including SQL, OneLake, JSON, XML, and CSV.

• Agile & Adaptable: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile development environment, balancing priorities and delivering results.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Report Design, or equivalent practical experience.
