Job Description
· Power Quality Audit, Energy Efficiency Assessment, HVAC Assessment, Electrical Safety Audit, Harmonic Analysis, Cooling Assessment at rack levels, PAC/PAHU evaluation, Single Point of failure & Redundancy – gap Analysis, Earthing Ponding study etc.
· Performing Building Energy Audit to identify the inefficient operating equipment, Heat Load calculation to know the Air conditioners requirements, to arrive No cost/ Low Cost, Medium cost and high investment Cost, Annual Energy & Cost savings, and payback. calculate EPI etc.
· Executing Energy Audits in Process Industries by connecting instruments for data collection and to make the report to reduce the energy consumption.
· Knowledgeable to operate Electrical ETAP software, SKM software to know the short circuit levels at the Electrical system, co ordination and ARC Flash Level at the Panels.
· Having good Knowledge in Electrical equipment installations, Operation & Maintenance as per Indian rules and regulations. C License certificate awarded from Electrical Licensing board.
· Solving external problem which impacting the UPS operations & Power system to operate the industry 24/7 without any hurdle.
· Selecting appropriate harmonic filters for the industry to minimize the problems due to harmonics.
· Operational knowledge in handling portable power Quality Analyzers for data collection at the industry to make Energy, Power Quality Audit reports, problem short outing purposes etc
· Data center Assessment
· Analyzing maintenance issues to ensure optimum performance and productivity and documenting the same as per laid down norms.
· Leading the team of technical staff & providing technical support for maintenance to ensure smooth operation especially during the production ramp up period.
· Monitoring and controlling energy consumption in the plant and achieving nearly one lac units per year from the past three subsequent years.
· Supervising breakdown and taking steps to reduce the same by KAIZEN, Quality Circle Tool, etc.
