Job Description:

ProArch is seeking a Cloud Support Trainee to provide Level 1 technical support for clients worldwide. The role involves troubleshooting basic cloud-related issues, assisting with email migrations, and learning emerging cloud technologies through self-paced training. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1 technical support to clients via email, phone, and collaboration tools.
  • Monitor and address issues related to Azure, O365, and AWS environments.
  • Assist with email migrations and basic infrastructure troubleshooting.
  • Document support activities and maintain ticketing accuracy.
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn cloud technologies and industry best practices.
  • Support on Email migrations
  • Technology focused, self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.
  • Keen interest in learning cloud technologies.
  • Self-paced learning on technologies
  • Should have good internet bandwidth in supporting clients

Requirements

  • Degree in Computing Science or equivalent (B. Tech – IT/CS, BSC, MCA.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Basic understanding of customer service
  • Hands on experience or understanding in MS Office
  • Basic understanding of cloud - advantageous
  • Willing to work in rotational night shifts including weekends.
  • Work in a 24/7 Environment
