Role & responsibilities

1.BOP Maintenance:

• Monitor and maintain C&I systems of the CHR Stacker. AHR DM/RO/ETP auxiliaries.
• Conduct routine inspections. preventive maintenance. and corrective actions to ensure equipment reliability.
• Working experience of Rexroth make servo and trip valves.
• Working knowledge of critical instruments and repairing.
• Shutdown and overhauling maintenance experience.
• AAQMS, weighbridges systems working experience.
• Follow best practices in maintenance.

2.PLC Control System:

• Siemens/Allen Bradley/Schneider PLC and SCADA working knowledge.
• Logic development. MIMICs modification. networking. cyber security experience is must.
• Daily PLC monitoring, related checklist filling and documentation upkeep.
• Protection checking, startup activities, troubleshooting, redundancy checking

3. Spares, Manpower, Vendor Management:

• Listing of spares. PR preparation. spares optimisation, inventory control.
• Vender development. contractor dealing.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Contract manpower. subordinates, shift engineer handling

4. Safety & Compliance:

• Maintain high level of safety during work execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for work.
• Participate in safety audits and incident investigations.
• Conduct toolbox talk daily, JSA preparation, involve in PJD, PSSR, HIRA, FMEA

5. Documentation. Training & Reporting:

• Maintain logs, maintenance records and history of BTG area.
• Prepare reports on equipment performance, failures, and corrective actions.
• Update drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Prepare monthly/yearly work report, shutdown report.
• Develop training plan and conduct trainings for subordinates and contract manpower
