We are currently hiring a Finance Co-op in Windsor, ON, Canada 

You will be accountable for providing financial support for contract manufacturing activities. The role will be the main point of contact between the contract manufacturing finance team and our internal finance team.

What you’ll Brew 

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financial transactions related to contract manufacturing locations.              
  • Work directly with contract manufacturing operations team to resolve all financial issues and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate on KPIs and measures to track each contract manufacturing locations performance and profitability.
  • Monthly reporting of financial performance of each contract manufacturing location to leadership.
  • Responsible for financial analysis, reporting and finance ad hoc projects to facilitate decision making process for the contract manufacturing area.
  • Identify cost efficiency opportunities and in collaboration with contract manufacturing operations team implement cost savings activities.
  • Maintain open communication with peers to foster a consistent approach in the financial management of contract manufacturing locations.
  • Provide support for external and internal audits of contract manufacturing locations.
  • Ensures compliance with BBC standards, as well as operating requirements for physical inventory counts and destruction.
  • Collaborate with the contract manufacturing operations team to identify and recommend process improvements that will deliver financial benefits or mitigate financial risks.
  • This opportunity will also support R&D as required. 

What Ingredients You’ll Bring

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Year 2 or 3 University Level in a business program
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office and Excel, and Power BI
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Distill large quantity of data to present strategic business insights in a clear, concise manner
  • Project Management and Process Improvement Experience

 

In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.
