As a Client Service Supervisor at Sago, you will be responsible for overseeing the facility operations and managing the Client Service Representatives. Your main goal will be to ensure that client needs are met and projects are successfully completed. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive hourly rate.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supervising the Client Service Representatives

- Communicating daily with the Supervisor/Facility Manager

- Managing client projects

- Unloading and supervising digital files

- Reviewing menu sheets and ordering food

- Printing and unloading incentive checks/cards for each respondent

- Compiling and sending reports

- Communicating with other markets and sending updates as required

- Ordering panel and office supplies if necessary

- Tracking inventory levels and informing the Facility Manager if needed

- Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Knowledgeable of AV equipment, computers, and USB

- Strong project management skills

- Familiarity with FedEx/UPS shipping procedures

- Excellent clerical skills

- Detail-oriented and able to work as part of a team

- Effective time management abilities

- Dependable, energetic, hardworking and organized

- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

- Have a flexible schedule

- Work independently

- Leadership and staff management skills

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities

- Effective oral and written communication skills

- Self starter with ability to handle fast-paced and stressful situations

- Knowledgeable about the surrounding area and locations

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-3 years of hospitality and management experience

- Strong technical computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)
