This is an exceptional opportunity to partner closely with our Enterprise Technology leadership, internal departments, and the Global Senior Director, People, contributing directly to strategic initiatives and organizational objectives.

What you'll be doing:
- Strategic HR Partnership & Transformation Support:
- Lead HR support for multiple transformation projects and organizational design changes, ensuring seamless HR integration and people-centric solutions.
- Key member of a People Business Partner team supporting Enterprise Technology leadership, providing comprehensive HR guidance, strategic advice, and operational support.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Senior People Director to support and drive strategic HR initiatives, contributing to the achievement of overarching organizational goals.
- Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments, ensuring HR strategies, programs, and initiatives are aligned with business needs.
- Client Relationship Management & Commercial Solutions:
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor, offering expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and understand client HR needs, developing and implementing commercially focused solutions in partnership with team managers.
- Champion a client-centric approach, continuously seeking feedback to enhance service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Program Implementation & Talent Development:
- Collaborate with People Business Partner team to execute robust talent management processes, including performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations & Compliance Excellence:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of employee relations principles, rules, and laws in the UK, with an awareness of European and US regulations.
- Effectively support the resolution of complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Stay abreast of evolving HR policies, employment legislation, and industry best practices, ensuring continuous compliance.
- Data-Driven Insights & Continuous Improvement:
- Leverage technology and AI tools to automate tasks, unlock new insights, and reimagine HR processes for greater efficiency and impact.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of innovative HR solutions.
What you'll need:
- Experience as an HR generalist, including employee relations and employment issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong skills using MS suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
- Desire for working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage successfully multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- CIPD qualification or working toward qualification preferred.

Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend structural changes to enhance performance, reduce silos, and eliminate duplication.
- Communication: Articulate, persuasive, and empathetic communicator who actively listens and presents information clearly and compellingly.
- Problem Solving: A critical thinker who identifies root causes, explores diverse perspectives, and develops innovative, commercially viable solutions, leveraging data and technology.
- Collaboration: A natural team player who builds trust, fosters a cooperative environment, and demonstrates flexibility in working with diverse individuals and teams.
- ER Knowledge: A solid foundation in employee relations principles, practices, and regulations, applied with sound judgment and commercial awareness
