The impact you will have in this role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Data Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable business strategies and operational improvements for the Enterprise Data and Corporate Technology domain. You will leverage analytical techniques to uncover insights, develop data-driven solutions, enable self-service efficiencies through reporting and dashboard, and communicate your findings to leadership to inform strategic business decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong background in analytics engineering, exceptional data storytelling, and a proactive approach to solving complex business problems. This position is perfect for an analytical self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a significant impact on our business through data-driven excellence.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing IT business and financial performance data to support more senior analysts and leadership.
- Contribute to Ad-Hoc Analyses: Help with timely, ad-hoc analysis requests to answer specific business questions and support root cause analysis of IT processes.
- Assist in Data Storytelling: Support the creation of presentations and reports that summarize data analysis findings for review by leadership.
- Maintain Self-Service Analytics: Work with the team to maintain and update self-service dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various departments, such as Finance and other IT teams, to support data collection and provide data-driven insights.
- Monitor Performance: Assist in tracking and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the business unit.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline
- 1+ year of relevant work or internship experience in a data-focused, analytical, or business support role
Talents Needed for Success:
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software is a plus
- Basic experience with manipulating and organizing data sets
- Good communication and presentation skills, with a focus on translating data for a non-technical audience
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift
- Basic knowledge of analytical programming languages, such as SQL or Excel VBA, is a plus
