Salary Range: $68,300. - $102,500. annually (experience-based compensation)

What You’ll do

  • Drive group room revenue through proactive sales strategies and relationship building
  • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with corporate, association, and social clients
  • Respond to inquiries, create proposals, and negotiate contracts with precision and flair
  • Collaborate with operations, catering, and events teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate regular sales reports
  • Stay sharp on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Be a brand ambassador—inside and outside the building

What You Do

  • 3+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably in group or corporate segments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with sales platforms (Delphi, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and grit
  • Flexibility to attend events, travel locally, and work outside standard hours when needed

Additional Responsibilities

  • The hotel operates 24/7, requiring department schedules to adapt to varying business demands. Employees may need to work shifts outside their preferred or usual hours.
  • Employees must comply with all hotel-established work rules, procedures, and policies, including those outlined in the employee handbook.
