SUMMARY
Implements the activities and functions of a designated project with specific knowledge in assigned functional area. This position ensures that the goals and objectives for the project are accomplished in accordance with program specifications. This position will be to support the TUSD Projects & Planning Department. This department manages all of the construction projects throughout the district.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and maintain project records.
- Construction Project Monitoring experience
- Supervisory Experience
- Advanced skills in Word Processing / Database / Spreadsheet and Pivot Table Program Knowledge
- Experience facilitating meetings, project functions, and special events.
- Data Entry Experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in project related area AND
One year of experience in project related area.
OR
Five years of experience in a project related area
Word Processing/Database/Spreadsheet Program Knowledge
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
May be additional requirements depending on functional area assigned.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

Effective: 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR
Location: Facilities - Broadway and Kino Parkway Area
Classification: Supervisory/Professional
FTE: 1.0 – 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 12 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
