Position Summary: 
The Replenishment Manager is responsible for tracking & reporting of key supply chain metrics including service levels, performance vs plan analysis, and other S&OP measures in support of both Sales and Demand Planning functions.  Additionally, this person will work directly with the National Account Manager as Item Setup and Maintenance person for the business supported by the account manager.  This person will also work on Digital content improvements, sample management for the accounts as well as UL testing.  The primary goal of this role is to be a supporting partner for the National Account Manager as a major contributor in developing measures that will help create a more responsive supply chain, better item setup, improved business relationships, and sales analysis to help push the business in a positive direction.  The person needs to be very strong in Supply Chain as well as well versed in general item creation and business knowledge.  This person will also be the main point of contact for the Replenishment team from each account customer.
 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Provide Supply Chain analysis and reporting for internal and external teams.
  • Partner in building internal Forecasting based on History and Trends bringing in data points from Customer’s forecast data.
  • Create and Develop reports to support the Demand Team and Sales Group.
  • Create new reports or merge existing reports as needed to support management decision making
  • Complete analysis to investigate potential opportunity areas, example OTIF reporting, or future demand to exceed supply
  • Monitor and escalate changes in key metrics; research and identify root cause
  • Use data to tailor and suggest tactics that drive improvement to cost and service
  • Present findings and recommendations to functional business partners and management throughout the business.
  • Provide support related to purchase orders, goods receipts, and inventory reconciliation (including things like In-Stock Reporting).
  • Serve as support for Demand Planners / Sales Team.
  • Build and Maintain items in Walmart’s System including Item 360 and other required systems
  • Maintain POs through NOVA as needed
  • Build and Recommend Script orders and SSO as needed
  • Build and process Walmart Ladder Plans Weekly
  • Submit and maintain new item DotCom content, while checking existing item content to maximize SEO and customer experience
  • Watch DotCom Orders for both Warehouse and Drop Ship items to validate costs are accurate, communicating opportunities with Account Manager and Order Fill team
  • Attend store walks and regularly shop our products online watching for issues and opportunity to improve the customer experience
  • Order in and Deliver samples as needed for Walmart or UL Testing
  • Attend Buyer Meetings as needed with Account Manager
  • Support Account Manger as needed to bring in new businesses and opportunity
  • Be a STRONG Team player and bring strong positive energy to the team
  • Build Strong relationship internally and externally at all leadership levels 
  • Follow internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function.
  • Contribute to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications/skills: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or Related Field or Equivalent Experience
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Sales working with Walmart, ideally in CPG environment
  • Located in Northwest Arkansas in the Greater Bentonville Area
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to interpret data, tell a story, and provide actionable insights
  • Strong End to End supply chain understanding.
  • Experience in mining data / Analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced training in Excel Must be able to use advanced formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, pivot reporting, v-lookups, filters, etc.
  • Experience with Walmart systems including Retail Link, Scintilla, NOVA, Item 360, and others
  • History of ability to build strong accurate forecasts in the Walmart sales environment
  • Experience as strong supporting role in Sales Team setting – Team Player
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy and extreme attention to detail
  • Experience with SAP / APO / IBP
  • Previous experience and/or understanding of UPP processes in both Brick and Mortar and eCommerce
 
Environmental Factors: 
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment. 
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. 
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time. 
  • This role requires on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
