POSITION PURPOSE
- Majority of essential functions will be completion of assigned project(s).
- Process and manage internal documentation, records, and transactions
- Maintain and update databases and systems with accurate information
- Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with front office teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence
- Monitor workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business software tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. A high level of attention to detail and self-audit your own calculations
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
