POSITION PURPOSE
Back-office professionals play a critical role in supporting the core functions of a business. While not client-facing, their work ensures smooth operations, compliance, and accurate data management across departments such as finance, HR, IT, and administration. We’re looking for detail-oriented, organized, and dependable individuals who enjoy supporting others and contributing to overall team success.
 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
  • Majority of essential functions will be completion of assigned project(s).
  •  Process and manage internal documentation, records, and transactions
  • Maintain and update databases and systems with accurate information
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with front office teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks
  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence
  • Monitor workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma and 0 - 4 years of college education.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
 
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS AND REASONING ABILITY 
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. A high level of attention to detail and self-audit your own calculations
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
