This involves migrating critical functionality into systems such as Salesforce, MDM, and other internal applications. You’ll be working within a fast-paced Agile environment with multiple parallel workstreams, and you will effectively manage testing activities across squads, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and ensure comprehensive end-to-end test coverage across complex data pipelines and integrated systems.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborating closely with project managers, development teams and stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project timelines and requirements.
  • Performing functional, integration, system, regression testing and exploratory testing.
  • Collaborating across workstreams to identify dependencies and avoid conflicting implementations.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Validating data integrity across CRM, MDM, databases, and data warehouse layers.
  • Performing data comparisons between legacy and target systems.
  • Participating in requirements grooming and defecting triage meetings.
  • Executing cross-functional end-to-end test scenarios during each project phase.
  • Raising, tracking and verifying defects in a timely manner.
  • Helping troubleshoot issues.
  • Identifying test coverage gaps, environment issues and systemic risks.
  • Proactively communicating test progress, risk exposure and quality metrics to program stakeholders.
  • Supporting UAT and providing documentation for release sign-offs.
  • Conducting post-release/ post-implementation testing.
  • Contributing to automation of regression suites using Playwright.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Significant manual testing experience in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience in cross-system integration testing.
  • Exposure to multi-module systems (e.g., finance, membership, billing).
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA).
  • Hands on experience with API testing.
  • Experience with automation testing using Selenium or Playwright.
  • Experience in agile/hybrid environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail to identify, analyse and troubleshoot software issues and defects.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements, priorities and timelines.
  • Ability to context-switch across multiple workstreams and maintain visibility on shared objectives.
  • Knowledge of data validation or SQL.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE)
  • Exposure to systems involving real-time data dissemination or high-volume processing
