About the role
The Senior Project Manager will play a central role in managing and delivering complex marketing projects for the Marketing team, overseeing briefs from initiation through to execution. This role requires strong project leadership — ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while coordinating across multiple stakeholders and global teams.
A critical part of the role is driving adoption and compliance within Adobe Workfront, ensuring projects are accurately set up, tracked, and reported in line with business goals. The Senior Project Manager will champion operational excellence through Workfront, using it as the foundation for governance, visibility, and stakeholder alignment.
This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in managing multiple stakeholders and combines delivery discipline with Workfront expertise to keep complex projects on track and driving value for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Client Management
- Lead day-to-day project delivery within Workfront, managing timelines, budgets, approvals, and dependencies on projects., managing timelines, budgets, approvals, and dependencies.
- Ensure visibility of project status and risks via Workfront dashboards and reporting.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to build alignment between business objectives and project execution.
- Confidently manage multiple stakeholders, driving consensus and action where compliance or adoption challenges arise.
Workfront Governance & Compliance
- Act as the Workfront subject matter expert for project delivery, ensuring consistent use and compliance across teams.
- Monitor and enforce governance standards within Workfront, ensuring accurate data, timely updates, and stakeholder accountability.
- Optimise existing workflows and processes within Workfront to support campaign execution and reporting accuracy.
- Provide hands-on support and coaching to stakeholders, ensuring adoption and alignment with best practices.
- Operational Leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce delivery risk.
- Support change management by championing Workfront as the central project management platform.
- Escalate risks and propose proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 7+ years of Campaign Project Management experience, ideally in marketing, creative operations, or content production.
- Proven expertise in Adobe Workfront — including governance, compliance management, and stakeholder adoption.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional global teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, on time and within budget.
- Retail, consumer goods, or agency experience preferred.
