  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring resolution within established service standards.
  • Collaborate with IT staff to research, test, and implement new technologies.
  • Participate in IT-related projects that improve the staff experience.

What makes you a great fit?
You exemplify our Staff Member Attributes: Inclusive, Authentic, Hardworking, Collaborative, and Curious. You’ll also bring:

  • Experience supporting Windows 10, Mac, and iOS operating systems.
  • Comfort working with desktop hardware, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
  • Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts, a plus.

How we’ll measure success as a Technology Support Analyst (Tier 1):

  • You demonstrate a strong understanding of our business and how technology supports productivity.
  • You resolve support tickets efficiently and within service level expectations.
  • You follow established processes and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
