Who we are looking for

We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Production Associate to join our assembly team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex components and systems according to precise specifications, drawings, and quality standards. You will play a key role in ensuring our builds meet strict quality and performance requirements, contributing to our reputation for excellence and reliability.

Primary work schedule is Monday through Friday 6:00a a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (possibility for overtime on Friday)

What you'll get to do

You will work with a team to achieve production goals, taking ownership of the final product, ensuring the end product adheres to specifications and quality standards.

  • Assemble components according to written work instructions and specifications
  • Support part inspections to verify compliance with quality standards
  • Perform assigned daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold a safe and organized work environment

What you bring to the team

Production Associates uphold high standards of safety and workmanship. 

This position requires standing up to 10 hours per day and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.

Experience using small hand and power tools is a plus.

Ability to work overtime as needed.
